Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in assisting with various daily support tasks, and coordinating administrative projects. This individual will also perform a variety of clerical duties, including drafting correspondence, organizing contacts, handling mail, and providing reception coverage as needed. This position is full-time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting caregivers and visitors at the front desk
- Providing administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daily office operation
- Managing incoming phone calls and assisting with caller inquiries.
- Assisting with payroll-related administrative tasks such as tracking missing timesheets, PTO requests, and related communications.
- Maintaining shared tracking spreadsheets and records
- Supporting management with additional administrative projects as assigned.
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent follow-up skills, with the ability to follow through on tasks and ensure completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional support to the team

Pay Range: The hiring range for this position is $20.00-$23.00/hour. Various factors will determine final compensation such as a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
