Pay Range: The hiring range for this position is $22- $27 per hour. Various factors will determine final compensation such as a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.

Job Summary
As an HR-Recruiting Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding process for prospective employees while adhering to all compliance regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing applications
- Conducting pre-employment compliance checks
- Facilitating orientation sessions, filing paperwork
- Conducting annual compliance follow-ups.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure to meet deadlines and benchmarks.
- Possess an outgoing, friendly, and inviting personality to engage effectively with prospective employees and community members.
- Proficient in completing basic administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated desire to contribute to the community and assist individuals in pursuing careers in the HHA field.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships within the community to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse range of applicants and community members.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role is required.
- General knowledge of home care or experience in HR/compliance, including LOA, unemployment, and workers' compensation, is a plus.
