Job Summary 

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in assisting with various daily support tasks, managing travel plans and schedules, coordinating administrative projects, and hiring administrative staff. This individual will also perform a variety of clerical duties, including drafting correspondence, organizing contacts, handling mail, and providing reception coverage as needed. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   

  • Assist with all daily support tasks to ensure efficient office operations. 

  • Create, manage, and book travel plans and schedules for staff members. 

  • Process and hire administrative staff, including scheduling interviews, conducting screenings, and facilitating onboarding. 

  • Assist with other administrative projects as assigned by management. 

  • Perform clerical duties such as preparing templates, drafting correspondence, organizing and updating Outlook contacts, handling mail, faxing, managing supplies, maintaining the kitchen, and providing reception coverage. 

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative tasks and interactions. 

Qualifications and Skills:  

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a professional setting. 

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Excellent follow-up skills, with the ability to follow through on tasks and ensure completion. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional support to the team. 

Work Environment:  

On-site 



Pay Range: The hiring range for this position is $22- $23 per hour. Various factors will determine final compensation such as a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
